Scholarship Auditions (2026-27)

To book an audition for a choral scholarship, simply visit our audition booking platform. Select the correct audition category ‘Vocal’ and follow the steps to select a suitable day and time. Candidates for choral scholarships should prepare two pieces which represent their current capabilities, preferably without reliance on sheet music, and will also be given sightreading and ear tests. An accompanist will be provided: please bring sheet music for them to play from.

Joining without a scholarship

To arrange an audition without a scholarship please email the music office marked for the “Attention of Giles Longstaff – Renaissance Singers”: [email protected] and provide details of your voice type (SATB) and previous choral experience.

Prospective members should have good sight-reading skills and experience of choral singing.
